Attarikom convention organised by St. Thomas Sunday School Attarikom was started in the 1960's. It continued to be one of the well known conventions organised by Jacobite Church in  the area during 70's and 80's. It was restarted again in 1997 and is continuing for the past 21 years. Renowned speakers of Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church from all around Kerala addresses this convention. Participation of people from different christian denominations makes this convention unique and ecumenical in nature.
